CLÁUSULAS / CLAUSES

PRIMERA: El VENDEDOR vende al COMPRADOR el vehículo por la cantidad de [Precio en números] euros ([Precio en letras] euros), impuestos incluidos.

SEGUNDA: El VENDEDOR declara que el vehículo se encuentra al corriente en el pago de impuestos municipales (IVTM) y libre de cargas, gravámenes y sanciones pendientes a fecha de firma del presente contrato.
SECOND: The SELLER declares that the vehicle is up to date with the payment of municipal taxes (IVTM) and free of charges, liens, and pending fines as of the date of signing this contract.

TERCERA: El COMPRADOR dispone de un plazo de 30 días para realizar el cambio de titularidad del vehículo en la DGT, siendo todos los gastos derivados de dicho cambio (tasas de tráfico, Impuesto de Transmisiones Patrimoniales) a cargo exclusivo del COMPRADOR.
THIRD: The BUYER has a period of 30 days to carry out the change of ownership of the vehicle at the DGT, and all expenses derived from said change (traffic fees, Transfer Tax) shall be borne exclusively by the BUYER.

Additional documentation required

To successfully complete the vehicle transfer process in the province of Lugo alongside your contract, make sure you have the following documents ready:

• Original vehicle registration certificate (Permiso de Circulación) and ITV card (Tarjeta de Inspección Técnica), including a valid ITV inspection sticker.
• Photocopy of the seller's and buyer's DNI, NIE, or Spanish Residence Card.
• Proof of payment or exemption for the local circulation tax (IVTM) corresponding to the previous fiscal year.
