To successfully complete the transaction and subsequent registration in Spain, you must gather and present the following documents alongside the signed contract:

• Permiso de Circulación: The vehicle's registration permit (must be handed over to the buyer).
• Tarjeta de Inspección Técnica (ITV): The technical inspection card, including the valid ITV sticker report showing the vehicle has passed its roadworthiness tests.
