Tercero. El Vendedor declara que el vehículo se encuentra libre de cargas, gravámenes, impuestos atrasados y multas, y que no pesa sobre él ningún tipo de reserva de dominio.
Third. The Seller declares that the vehicle is free of charges, liens, overdue taxes, and fines, and that no reservation of title applies to it.

Cuarto. El presente contrato se rige por la normativa aplicable en España y la Unión Europea relativa a la compraventa entre particulares/empresas. Para cualquier litigio, ambas partes se someten a los Juzgados y Tribunales de Trujillo (Cáceres).
Fourth. This contract is governed by the applicable regulations in Spain and the European Union regarding sales between private individuals/companies. For any dispute, both parties submit to the Courts and Tribunals of Trujillo (Cáceres).
